Job Posting: Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for establishing customer relationship communication throughout the SunMaxx Solar support system software. This includes extensive use of phone, CRM software, email, fax, face-to-face and any form of communication to and from SunMaxx Solar. Customer base ranges from highly skilled solar installers, Do-it-yourselfers (DIY’rs), distributors, and even simple end users. The primary role of our customer service rep. is to provide a streamline process for all customers at any skill set in order to determine levels of importance and necessity to aide in a successful sales process.

Job Posting: Inside Sales Executive

Seeking Inside Sales Executive to specialize in the sale of solar hot water heating products and related renewable energy systems. Candidate will be responsible for the sales and support of solar products to multilevel target markets, providing different levels of tactics and service to each customer type.
