SunMaxx Solar Management

• Adam Farrell – CEO Adam Farrell is the founder and CEO of SunMaxx Solar. He is very energetic and enthusiastic about the solar community and stays abreast on the latest developments in the solar market. A native of Sidney, NY, Mr. Farrell graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business and Applied Economics. Inspired by a high school science project, Adam founded the company, with brother Matt, in 2006.
• Klaus – Managing Director of Manufacturing Klaus is the CEO of GEO-TEC Solar Industries. His Management experience started in a large multinational company, his heart pulled him to a regional utility Company, where he had his first contact with alternative energy systems. Always working on improvements, he joined GEO-TEC in 2006 making important adjustments adapting it to global requirements and standards. Klaus is focused on high quality products and establishing great working relationships with clients, vendors and colleagues. He graduated in International marketing and organization development.
• Mathew – COO / CIO Matt currently manages the creation and maintenance of the back-end SunMaxx ERP application code and database. Originally from Hamilton, NY, he studied biochemistry at Brandeis University in Boston, MA. His leisure activities include robotics, the development of new engineering projects, and enjoying time outdoors.
• Hermann – Director of OEM Sales With 23 years of international experience in sales project management, and 12 of them living in the United States, Hermann is at home on both sides of the Atlantic and understands what service means. He establishes a perfect link between GEO-TEC and SunMaxx by knowing the old and the new world. Riding a motorcycle through the Alps and the Rocky Mountains helps to relax and recharge his batteries.

SunMaxx Solar Sales

• Jack – Sales Consultant, Binghamton, NY Jack has over 25 years of sales leadership experience in his last position he was the VP of Sales and Operations for the East Coast. Jack is a Business School graduate from Syracuse University and still resides in Syracuse with his wife and 3 children.
• Ed – Sales Manager, Binghamton, NY Ed is SunMaxx Solar’s friendly Sales Manager and very knowledgeable about solar thermal systems. He works with many large projects and installers across the country and does so with great speed and accuracy.
• Belynda – Account Manager, Binghamton, NY Belynda is an Account Manager and works on coordinating, following up and taking care of our existing accounts. Belynda will make sure everything goes to plan with our customer accounts.
• Jason – Sales Executive, Binghamton, NY Jason learned about the quality of SunMaxx products while working in the manufacturing department. What better way to give testimony to this quality than have him join the sales team. He also brings 5 years of professional sales experience with him which he uses to help customers find the right solution for every project.
• Ben – Sales Executive, Binghamton, NY Ben is one of SunMaxx Solar’s super-friendly sales executives, he is dedicated to helping customers find the right products for their solar thermal system. He also works very closely with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

SunMaxx Solar Engineering

• John – SunMaxx Solar Trainer, Binghamton, NY John is in charge of the SunMaxx Solar EduPower training program which includes our weekly webinar as well as our Solar Thermal courses every month.
• Joe – Product Manager, Binghamton, NY Joe is SunMaxx Solar’s Product Manager. He will make sure our customers receive all the help they need with their solar thermal product inquiries and projects.

SunMaxx Solar Administration

• Lauren – Controller, Binghamton, NY Lauren is in charge of the accounting department. She handles tasks extremely well and puts in all the extra effort necessary to get the job done.
• Linda – Executive Assistant, Binghamton NY Linda works closely with SunMaxx Solar’s CEO Adam Farrell to keep things organized. She is also in charge of the Human Resources department at SunMaxx.

SunMaxx Solar Operations

• Corey – Warehouse Manager, Binghamton NY Corey is responsible for the SunMaxx warehouse and makes sure everything is organized and in the right place.

Geo-Tec Solar Industries Team

• Magrit – Sales Manager Magrit has over 20 years of experience in sales, order processing and project management. Since 3 years she puts her sense for details to excellent use for the company.
  If not working, she enjoys winning tennis matches and the alps on skis off the beaten path.
• Michael – Solar Thermal Engineer Michal learned this trade from the bottom up and from the scientific side in a university. Michael designs complete and complex solar system solutions and does not mind to teach and install them anywhere in the world. He is very motivated to go different routes towards solutions and enjoys to play his accordion for a great folks dance team.
• Birgit – Office and Logistics Management With over 5 years experience, Birgit is multi-talented and can replace almost anyone, but focuses on office management and logistics. She organizes all shipments around the world, if not singing in a choir.
• Ulrike – Material and Vendor Management Ulli handles all vendors and assures that delivery dates and prices are under control. She enjoys Austrian nature and mountains by hiking skiing and biking.
• Martina – Accounting She assures that no cent is spent without a good reason and justification. Skiing and her children help to forget about all these numbers once in a while.
• Susanne – Human resources and accounting management What can be said in addition to the title? After 7 years in this field, she is continuously learning and assuring, that GEO-TEC stay tuned with the latest laws.
  She enjoy salsa dancing and cooking.
• Katharina – Innovation Assistant She finishes her diploma in process engineering and helps us with new ideas, technical innovation and a lot of talent for many different topics.
  Katharina found her destiny in the field of renewable energy and works hard to save the world in order to take it over like Pinky and the Brain.
• Thomas – Customer Service His 20+ years in the field and a profound education have made him an excellent trainer and technical expert for difficult installations and to help when sometimes things go wrong. He likes to plan solar systems as well as to climb on steep slopes, no matter if they are roofs or rocks of the alps. For Thomas, there are no problems, there are only solutions.
• Harti – Production Manager Harti brings years of experience in managing a production environment and conducts this orchestra with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. He can motivate employees and drives for best quality. At home he enjoys his family and children.
• Patrik – Warehouse Manager Patrik knows how to package, store and ship all of our material. His watchful eye and creativity allow us to keep damages at a minimum and utilize available space to a maximum. This is especially important when it comes to container shipments overseas. In his spare time, Patrik enjoys to ride his motorcycle when time allows.
