The NSF requires strict standards require extensive product testing, material analysis as well as surprise manufacturing facility inspections to ensure compliance during every aspect of the manufacturing process. For years, SunMaxx’s line of TitanPower and TitanPowerPlus flat plate solar collectors have been industry leaders in performance, value and reliability.  TitanPower flat plate solar collectors are used in thousands of solar hot water installations across the US and around the world. Used in small single-home hot water systems and large commercial and municipal solar hot water systems, TitanPower flat plate solar collectors are producing clean, efficient and affordable hot water wherever, whenever needed everywhere. The newest model in the TitanPower line is the TitanPowerPlus-ALDH29-V3 flat plate solar collector.  The ALDH29-V3 is a powerful flat plate solar collector with more than 29 square feet of collector surface area. The TitanPower-ALDH29-V3 is also SRCC OG-100 Certified.  The SRCC (Solar Rating & Certification Corporation) is a US-based firm that tests and certifies solar hot water collectors and systems for performance, construction and reliability.  SRCC OG-100 Certification offers buyers of solar hot water systems an independent third-party verification that the collectors and systems that they are purchasing will perform as the manufacturer claims. According to the SRCC, the TitanPower-ALDH29-V3 produce 33,500 BTU of heating energy per day for water heating on a bright, sunny day and 23,600 BTU for water heating on a medium sunny day. Brand new for 2018 from SunMaxx are 2 new ThermoPower evacuated tube thermosyphon solar hot water systems.  These simple, complete kits are simple to install and are OG-300 certified by the SRCC (Solar Rating & Certification Corporation). There is a 15 tube system which produces roughly 40G of hot water and is great for households with 1 or 2 people.  A larger 30 tube kit is also available and provides roughly 80G of hot water and is ideal for households with up to 4 or 5 residents. Both of these systems are complete, turnkey systems that are ready for installation with all major components included.  These DIY kits are perfect for homeowners interested in saving money by doing a DIY installation on their own. OG-300 from the SRCC allows every customer to rest assured that their new DIY thermosyphon solar hot waters system will perform as claimed because the performance and hot water production of the system has been tested and verified by an independent third party.  Additionally, OG-300 allows the systems to qualify for federal, state and local solar and renewable energy rebates and tax credits. The OG-300 certified thermosyphon are just two of a series of new and exciting products that SunMaxx Solar intends to offer in 2018 and into the future.

SunMaxx’s line of StorMaxx solar hot water storage tanks are now UL Listed.  UL Listing was sought by SunMaxx in order to assure their customers of the performance, reliability and safety of StorMaxx solar hot water storage tanks, and to ensure compliance with state, federal and local regulations currently in place, and going forward. Full UL Listing on StorMaxx provides SunMaxx customers with several key benefits.  First, UL Listing ensures compliance with building and installation codes, as well as with federal, state and local solar and renewable energy rebate programs.  Additionally, customers have the security of knowing that StorMaxx solar storage tanks are inspected and certified by a third-party, independent testing source. Like SRCC certification for solar hot water collectors and systems, the UL Listing for storage tanks provides every SunMaxx customer with the assurance that their new StorMaxx solar hot water storage tank will deliver the performance, safety and reliability that StorMaxx solar storage tanks are known for.
