It opened a midweek market at the edge of Dewitt Park, in downtown Ithaca, and then added a Sunday market at the Steamboat Landing. SunMaxx Solar took advantage of this annual business trade show with a professional and attractive booth showcasing the SunMaxx products and services. SunMaxx Solar’s CEO Adam Farrell to Present at 2011 American Solar Energy Society Conference
avwFm87mDz2011-06-16T12:11:26+00:00Raleigh, N.C. May 17-21, 2011 The ASES National Solar Conference is the industry’s most comprehensive educational event for everyone interested in the nation’s rapidly expanding clean-energy economy. Featured speakers there discussed about advances in technology and mass deployment of renewable energy and efficiency, national security, jobs creation, how to market solar PV and thermal, legislation to encourage further growth of renewable energy and much more. The event was sponsored by American Solar Energy Society (ASES), the nation's leading association of solar professionals and advocates. Supported by more than 13,000 members, ASES's mission is to inspire an era of energy innovation and speed the transition to a sustainable energy economy. Adam Farrell, CEO of SunMaxx Solar, was part of the SWH Installation Debate moderated by Mark Thombloom, Kelelo Engineering. The discussion was mostly about ongoing synthesis of new techniques and equipment choices with old methods. Adam Farrell was explaining the importance of actual training for installers to provide them with more knowledge about the latest technology in terms of system design, hands on installation training and product specifications. SunMaxx Solar is also an industry leader in solar energy installation training, offering a variety of live workshops and online solar energy training courses for our customers and partners. Through our solar energy installation courses, SunMaxx Solar has trained more than 1000 solar thermal and solar PV installers across the United States, and around the world. Our training program was created to serve two purposes. First, as an internal training program to ensure that our technicians, engineers, sales representatives and support staff are able to properly serve both our installer partners and our end-user customers. Secondly, many of our customers were coming to us with a single simple demand--trained solar thermal installers. The easiest way we could come up with to find our valued customers professional and trained installers was to train and certify these installers ourselves. Out of these two needs, the Silicon Solar Solar Energy Installation Training Program was born. Our SunMaxx Solar Thermal training courses are offered in levels 1-5 and you can sign up to attend the appropriate seminars below or choose from the following list to read more information on each level of solar thermal training.
