Equipment StandardsAll systems must have a 5-year warranty. Solar PV: Must be listed on Qualified Module or Inverter list. Solar Hot Water: Must be SRCC OG-300 compliant. Geothermal Heat Pump: Must have an EER rating equal or greater than 15 and COP equal or greater than 3.5. Must be AHRI rates or equivalent and have multi-stage compressor.
Installation StandardsSolar PV: Must be installed within 45 degrees of due south, with a panel tilt between 10-50 degrees, less than 10% obstacle shading. Must be installed by a professional contractor. Solar Hot Water: Collector must be installed within 90 degrees of due south and less than 20% obstacle shading. Must be installed by a professional contractor. Geothermal Heat Pump: Must follow ACCA Standard 5 Quality Installation.
